This is the non exhaustive list of shared services which are affected by this incident:

• Galene (conference.app.nexedi.net)
• NextCloud
• Wendelin.io
• Shacache

03/11/2022 23:25 GMT: all services are back online

One shared service from Rapid.Space (Shacache) failed to start back automatically, rendering all other servers inoperative. Rapid.Space team just fixed the Shacache services so that all servers could start back automatically.

All services are now up and running.

03/11/2022 14:30 GMT: all servers back online

All the servers are reachable. Rapid.Space team is now taking care of checking all the services running in Greendata.

03/11/2022 14:00 GMT: main power sources are up

The main power sources are back online but the core network is still not up in the datacenter. The team is still working to restart all services.

03/11/2022 12:00 GMT: power generators are up

Power generators are up again (but not the main power sources). The datacenter team will restart the services one by one.

03/11/2022 10:00 GMT: Technician are fixing the backup power generators

The technicians are working on site to fix the 2 power generators while EDF is working to fix the main power sources.

03/11/2022 08:20 GMT: Lack of electricity in the datacenter

The provider informed that there is no electricity in the datacenter. They lost the 2 main independent power sources from EDF at the same time (at 6:00GMT). The 2 backup power generators started right away and gave power for 20 minutes but they both went into major default and stopped.

Greendata is working on fixing the situation, we will update the status as soon as we have more info.

At 03/11/2022 07:00 GMT we detected that there is no more access to servers in GreenData Paris DC, according to our monitoring the incident started at 06:15 GMT.

We are investigating the situation.
