The DNS entries has been fixed and Canary in Japan is working correctly now.

Due to misconfiguration of the DNS entries sites served with Canary frontend clusters are malfunctioning. We are working on fixing this situation.
Affected sites are:
- all Canary sites in Japan, as they are using ja.web.vifib.net
