We found the root issue and fixed it, node is added to the cluster.
We added proper configuration to all Premium.CDN nodes to avoid this issue in the future.
We are planning to extend our monitoring in order to have information in advance in case of such problem.
01/03/2023 11:15 GMT: Faulty node is removed from the cluster, investigation is ongoing
The node has been removed from the cluster, all the traffic goes via another node.
Currently all services are available again, we are sorry for the inconvinence.

We detected that one of the nodes of Premium.CDN cluster in Europe became faulty.
