After fixing, testing and settling with the supplier the machine is back in full operations without reporting any errors.

The Chinary.CDN node in China Telecom has a hardware issue. At noted time it was unavailable, currently it is running correctly.
The provider has been informed and will do all needed fixes to the hardware.
