The problem in the database has been fixed and we restarted the SlapOS master. You can safely use the panel now.

One of the database powering the SlapOS master crashed. No data is lost but for debugging we will shutdown SlapOS master several times. Hence panel.rapid.space is inaccessible and you can't change the configuration of your services. However your SlapOS services are not impacted.
