The technical team of the internetX datacenter could debug the issue. Beside the defective SFP module, there was also a problem in the switch itself because the disk was full. In order to make it work, the technical team removed some log files from the switch. RapidSpace team will investigate how we can prevent this from happening again.
All servers are online and none of them rebooted.

Rapid.Space team monitoring detected a network loss in our rack in InternetX. It may be due to a SFP transceiver failure. We will work with the technical team of the datacenter to replace it ASAP.
