The services are stable again. Incident is over.

10/05/2025 11:00 GMT: Rapid Space websites and APIs are back

We identified that the server was unreachable and reboot the main server. Services were restored.

Due the reboot, the cache was partially flush and some background/batch activities accumulated.

We are waiting to confirm all is back to normal, and we will keep monitoring our server OS and Hardware to evaluate if some further actions are required.

We identified that the server hosting Rapid Space master is down, we are working to restore the services online.

The affected sites are:

• https://rapid.space/ and https://www.rapid.space
• https://panel.rapid.space
• https://oss.rapid.space (used for the administrative purpose)
• https://slap.rapid.space (API site, used for command line and servers)
• https://slap.vifib.com (Legacy API site, used for command line and servers)
• https://www.rapidspace.cn
• https://panel.rapidspace.cn/
• https://deploy.rapid.space
• https://deploy.erp5.net

The following sites WON’T be affected:

• https://status.rapid.space
• https://handbook.rapid.space
• https://shop.rapid.space
• https://shop.rapidspace.cn/
