The datacenter conducted an operation to replace the optical connectors between our rack and their gateway. This fixed the problem of intermittent network connection.

We noted that the base IPv4 connection to the InternetX datacenter was intermittent. The connection is lost around 2 minutes each 0 minutes or so. This renders all the services hosted in InternetX flakky. We contacted the InternetX support to debug the problem.
