We resolved all issues mentioned. Users can use the system normally.
During post-upgrade analysis the system is still in not finished state.

We advise to avoid doing changes in your services like requesting new instances or updating existing ones.
Since we had an excessive number of conflicts in the database, the services were restored late. All the services and APIs are online now. Feel free to open a Ticket in case of problems.
We will have an additional downtime, since the upgrade is slower them expected. Few more hours until the service is completed restored.
The upgrade started the site will go down in 20 to 30min and will stay off until the upgrade is finished.
We are going to upgrade our backend system (a.k.a Rapid Space Master) that host most of the websites for the Rapid.Space related services. We will perform a major data migration, so several sites site will be unavailable during the process that will take about 24hours. The sites and APIs will be re-established around Aug, 28th 2021 18:00 GMT.
