All servers are now powered off and the move started. Here is a summary of the operation:

• 18:20 GMT: all servers are off
• 18:50 GMT: all servers are out of the old datacenter
• 20:05 GMT: all servers are back online

26/10/2023 18:00 GMT: Move servers from one datacenter to another

Our datacenter provider in Amsterdam (CircleB) is informing us that the RapidSpace servers will move physically from one datacenter to another:

The planned migration date will now take place on Thursday, October 26, 2023 when we will plan to physically migrate your 5 OCP servers from maincubes datacenter in Amsterdam to Digital Realty AMS3, in Amsterdam (these datacenters are within 1km distance of each other).

The maintenance window will start at 8 PM on Thursday, October 26, 2023 and we will ask you / your customer to shut down the servers. We anticipate that the maintenance window will last approximately 4 hours, during that time the servers will be physically transported to the new datacenter (Digital Realty AMS3), connected to the network there and powered on again.

As stated in the information above, the palnned outage is 4 hours.
