The maintenance is done and both nodes in Tokyo are now running fine again.

In order to do an urgent maintenance, one of the nodes of Premium.CDN cluster in Tokyo (as1.web.nxdcdn.com) has been made unreachable. The other node in Tokyo is fine and users shouldn't notice any connectivity issue.
