The maintenance has been finished correctly, all services are running.

13/11/2023 13:00 GMT: Update regarding the maintenance

In order to minimize impact of the node maintenance we will remove the node from eu.web.nxdcdn.com and eu.web.vifib.com GeoDNS resolution on 14th November 16:00 GMT. This will allow the DNS caches to be updated, so that browser won't try to use the node during maintenance time.

As this would result with using only one node in European region for extended period of time we added yet another node in another ISP to always serve traffic from more then one node.

Root domain resolution by customers is using this node with configuration like:

example.com IN A 88.99.67.79

Even if such root domain access is rarely used, we are going to disable traffic to this node on 15th November 21:00 GMT and enable it back after asserting that the maintenance finished properly.

On 16th November 10:00 GMT we plan to finish assertions of the node and add it back to the DNS and enable informing traffic.

Having in mind those preparations no actions are needed from users of Premium.CDN.

As an optional step it is possible to remove the entry:

example.com IN A 88.99.67.79

from you DNS configuration around 14th November and add it back on 17th November.

06/11/2023 11:15 GMT: We received notification about required maintenance from our provider

We received notification from our provider that one of the Premium.CDN nodes in Europe will be unavailable from 16/11/2023 03:00 GMT until 16/11/2023 05:00 GMT.

We are now working on proactive actions in order to minimize affect on the CDN users.
