The replacement network card arrived in the datacenter and was successfully replaced. The server is back online.

19/01/2024 11:30 GMT: servers moved, one is failing

The move of the servers is done. Unfortunately, while moving one of the server couldn't boot properly. We suspect a network card problem. We will try another network card next week.

We notified the client of the impacted server.

19/01/2024 08:30 GMT: Move servers from one datacenter to another

Our datacenter provider in Munich (Nexedi GmbH) is informing us that the RapidSpace servers will move physically from their datacenter to InternetX datacenter. 

On Friday, <I will shut down the leopards servers at about 9:30 - 10:00 then I would arrive at InternetX between 10:30 and 11:00 and plug them in the existing OCP rack. We should expect the servers to be on after 1 hour max.

As stated in the information above, the planned outage is 4 hours max.
